Trey was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He received his undergraduate
degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He later went
on to pursue his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in
Houston, Texas. During law school Trey served as an intern with the Travis
County Attorney's Office and then became a prosecutor with the Travis County
Attorney's Office immediately after becoming a licensed attorney. Upon leaving
the County Attorney's Office he joined the firm. Trey is a member of the Texas
Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and specializes in
criminal law. Trey and
his wife, Amber, have a new baby girl named Campbell. Trey is an avid Texas
football fan and enjoys playing golf.
